Tile Wizards is an established specialist in the flooring industry for over 25 years in the industry. With 6 stores across 3 states QLD, NSW, SA. The stores are designed to make client selections as simply as possible with the focus on selling total flooring solutions incorporating Carpet Timber Tiles and Stone. Our modern showrooms display the latest flooring products and designs with a wide range of accessible and cost-effective products with an emphasis on builder and home improvement projects.

Requirements

• Have worked in the Carpet industry
• Confident in Business Development maintaining and building client bases
• Professional and confident with a “can do” attitude
• Experience in all aspects of the flooring industry
• Strong understanding of the building industry
• Exceptional communication skills including conflict management.
• Proven sales management with exceptional communication and networking skills
• High level of sales training and team building
• Stock control of Carpet warehouses
• Merchandising & displaying of flooring options in stores
• Maintaining pricelist and specials for the group
